It is with great pride that we participate in this delicious culinary project in Ostend, which focuses on the North Sea and its wonderful products.
Gone Fishing is an urban culinary festival in Ostend that highlights the rich flavours of the North Sea and the passion of local fishermen and chefs.
From March to May, more than 30 restaurants serve special menus featuring lesser-known but delicious fish, straight from the sea onto your plate.
The Gone Fishing menu costs €49. This is the menu for the month of March:
Starter: Sepia - salsify - fregola sarda
Main course: Red mullet "bouillabaisse-style"
An ode to pure flavours from the sea, respecting product and season.

Retrieved from 13, 14 and 15 February At dinner, we serve a refined Valentine's menu to €84 per person. Those who want to make the evening extra special can opt for a matching wine selection at € 45 per person. Included in the price is € 35 in slots gaming credits.
On Friday and Saturday nights, we exclusively serve the Valentine's menu. A la carte is therefore not available these days.

Would you like to visit Brassi Casino Restaurant? As the restaurant is located in the gaming hall of Casino Ostend, Brassi Casino Restaurant is subject to applicable casino legislation:
- The minimum age to enter the restaurant is 21 years.
- Registration with a valid ID card is mandatory.
- The following persons cannot enter the casino:
- Bailiffs, notaries, magistrates & members of police forces
- Persons in extended state of minority
- Persons deregistered through the gaming commission
- Persons in debt mediation
- Persons denied access by the management of the gaming hall
If there game credit included with a menu or champagne can only be used on slot machines.
